Ray used to be fairly open... Until the lawsuits hit. Ray likely can't say anything till things are worked out whatever it is. I think Tullow is purposely delaying the drilling to work the TEN. Bastards... It was brought up on the other board that it looks like there is a break in drilling the 4-Q in the TEN. It's only about a 5-6 day voyage to the Fatala. So maybe.
