It was pitching cheap smart phones and tablets, to be marketed in China and India if I recall correctly? Some of these successful scams can be pumped 5 times and more so it maybe a candidate for another run, who knows? Some astute people will buy a couple of hundred bucks of these old scams when the price has sunk into oblivion on the off chance that they will be resurrected at a later date. If they take off again they can make huge gains on the few hundred dollar gamble.
