Report to who? What on earth makes you think that any police , litigation processes or legal planning and discussions would be shared with you or the public? Anyone with the ability to fog a mirror knows that there is no attorney that would allow a client or potential client to run to a msg board and publicly disclose information. You know that this request you make cannot be properly answered nor should it be.
That all said, I do agree when making an allegation the natural response would be that you want some verification. But... verification will never be allowed. Could it be false...maybe... but given the deception, deceit, the lies and misdirection this CEO has proven to do... the destructive R/S based on a lie that he was uplisting and the destruction of all shareholder value and the millions spent without producing anything for it.... WHY WOULDN'T ANYONE THINK THIS IS A REAL POSSIBILITY? The CEO has done nothing to prove himself as a leader... he has cheated many shareholders out of their money based on one of the most NOBLE attributes there is...TRUST. He broke all trust.... and yet there are those who still enable his deplorable actions... WHY? Compensated shares rcv'd? close relationship?
Because someone makes a declaration of being defrauded may just be a personal declaration and they are taking action... but taking any action will then involve authority that just won't ever allow a response of any kind. So asking them for one is just trying to provoke an answer that cannot be responsibly answered especially on a public msg board. Maybe that question would be better posed to the offender... see what they say... probably the same response ... nothing.
That interest any shareholder may have will have to be played out in a legal format.... not a public msg board for the nervous shareholder who may have a pretty good idea that this is a real possibility.
Lastly, I again agree... there are responsibilities when making those allegations... there should be a responsibility to the accused. BUT... always remember, this is a public CEO... running a publicly traded company and he becomes fair game when he falls to public scrutiny when he has performed the way he has. There are consequences and forms of accountability and he should be held to with the highest level of scrutiny as a CEO. He created the mess... its his to answer to and live with.
