DD doesn't matter on the OTC, like all markets its about who's buying and who's selling essentially. Asher is a toxic debt financier (the sellers). The sellers left. Now its time for the company to produce PR's buzz awareness etc to bring in buyers. Simple as that. F*ck DD on the OTC. 99% of these companies will never go anywhere and most are just paper printing scams. Play the play that's my best advice.
