Interesting. I use Fidelity and if they are going to limit what I can buy then I'll be looking for another broker. How did you find out?

TDA was my Plan B.

Chuck will be my plan C at some point because investors are allowed to short OTC stocks. This would be handy for someone holding a security higher in the capital structure and equity gets diluted or cancelled in the reorganization.

You really have to watch the add-ons for stocks trading less than a dollar and fees at the other brokers promoting cheap commissions.
