There are filings to date the previous "company aka scam" to 2013

Nothing in filings in regards to a "new company" in fact- Rthyhm Rooster LLC is non existent.

What's laughable is in one of the few filings is the intention to dilute (which I understand is common) but hey we are a "company" and we are going to sell shares!!

wrong. the information in a pr is the company (shell) has been bought. waiting on a pr from new owner. new owner has done 19 filings which nobody does for nothing? read between the lines in my opinion.
