The share price didn't move. Someone filled an order worth three dollars and forty cents... The company clearly did not gain value equal to half its market cap.
The current share price means absolutely nothing, because the company is worth nothing currently. What we are waiting for is the restitution money and the ability to actually operate, so that a valid valuation of the company can be made and the stock price will move accordingly.
