I agree, like I said, I don't believe...

it will happen.

But, IF it does, I won't panic or react with emotion a sell out of frustration.

My point was that IF, and again I say IF because others brought this up on the board for discussion, If Proxy contains Reverse Split Request it is not automatically a bad thing.

And, as EyeBuy pointed out, approval by Proxy does not mean Reverse Split would happen.

I am just trying to help show the positive side hoping people won't risk their investment by selling too soon without considering all options.

But, ultimately, I would prefer no ReverseSplit, but I can at least see it could be used as a sign of power in partner negotiations.

AGREED......and unless they have some knockout news we'll slip and slide back into the low single digits.
