I highly doubt that.. if you ask me it was an mm selling to himself.

First it came up right after, then someone moved 400k down to 16 and that got bought up. This is just more of the same accumulation we have seen for 2 weeks. L2 still just as thin as it was before that sale... IMO they just scared up some shares there..
