The R/M to Telefix is still fresh and the share structure is too low for such a move. They MAY have trouble funding moving forward absent of contracts imo. I'm not saying THIS IS a shell, I just think it is priced at a shell market cap deservedly imo. The company must now PROVE this ticker has more value than what someone would trade in cash for a dead shell with comparable outstanding. We are the market imo and we clearly don't think the company is worth more than giving .0007 a share. If the company can't change that in 2014, I would argue for a change in leadership. Not quite there yet. All opinion.
