You Think ? Even with a R/S the pps will stay at .0001, Why ? Cause
they have done nothing but mislead investors. What happened to that 50mil gov. contract ? They just added another 3bil last month. This a scam/fraud/shell whatever. WOW look at the volume bla bla bla.
