Good advice for all - DD is imperative. I've read the PR's, OTC reports, and the SEC filings when MRIB historically filed, talked with the TA, etc. Unfortunately the lack of follow through on the promises in those PR's is a source of concern, as is the lack of revenue with the significant dilution that has been occurring on a steady basis. I'm waiting for the next financial which will hopefully be reported on September 30. I'd be thrilled if they show millions in revenue as long as expenses are under control and no further toxic financing has been used. I'm currently researching Blackbridge Capital's involvement here. I doubt anything will show up on the upcoming financial since that will only cover items through June 30, perhaps it will be on the quarterly due November 15. We'll see. Good luck to you.
