Well apparently he "Voluntarily Resigned", because of an internal investigation in 1998, that is why it shows a termination record. As I said before the idea he has an "unblemished" record is quite false and misleading, it is clearly blemished with an internal investigation that apparently he did not want to stick around for. Further his employment at the small Oppenheimer office in Boca Raton that employs 20 some people in which some are not brokers has been recently discussed in multiple SEC and FINRA Actions for penny stock fraud.
