No matter to me what it does short term cause I'm dollar cost averaging into it until I have a few thousand shares.
I'm at a point in my life where I have all sorts of income coming in and a nice soft cusion in a savings account so decided to dollar cost avg into some longer term plays. Love alot of the downtrodden countries as I belive the blood is in the streets for them(ie the PIGS). Ireland already coming back. You can also through Argentina in there I think and Russia. These are all buy and holds but you gotta be selective. I made some nice money recently in a Russian etf RUSL.
