now as far a commander goes and the def 14c, cornell was going to set up a fund called commander. But the fund was never set up and cornell had a game plan to kill mlxo with this fund. thus major dilution! but then came a few smart longs and some money boys and the company was looked over with a fine tooth comb! and there you have it! cornell failed to execute and the longs along with a savy investment advisor, proped it up! and behold the we have a new company going to come out stronger and market wise, smarter and savy!!!!
