Uranium, before you start questioning why d'ont you have a hard look at NDOL last return. You posted an article dated June 1st.2005. Per NDOL return they did buy out Nord-OIL on June 15th.2005.

That's from June of 2005. The creditors were paid with some of the U.S. based restricted shares as part of the re-org and reverse merger imo. The latest balance sheet does not list any big liabilities outstanding. Only a current liability of 4.1 mil. No LT debt or liabilities.
