#9683 RE: docrew0 #9682

Is anyone concerned about a possible negative reaction to the case in afterhours (or pretrade) or an intraday halt on the day we await a verdict?

If so what are your plans for protecting your gains under such circumstances?

Im a little out of my element when so much rides on a result that can effect the stock so negatively. Some of these loss numbers make me cringe. I don't plan on just risking my gains, I would like to stay in the stock for a positive result but protect myself in case of a negative. It seems a stop/limit wouldn't work if it tanked in pretrade.

Suggestions?
