It will take the auditors maybe 9 months minimum to get all of the 10Ks filed. We have what 4 or 5 years worth of 10ks? Plus the form 10 takes 3 to 6 months to get approval from SEC with 2 to 3 rounds and then FINRA takes another 2 months. If there are complaints on file with the SEC or FINRA it adds additional time and further reviews.
This will be lucky to trade by end of 2015 if management was active. I say we lost.
