None, Randy never tried to convert those shares and in his depo "forgot" he issued them to himself. Either or, Angel will dispute any claims from the previous fraudsters that ran RIGH prior to his time.

BILLIONS are out there, the proof is in the disclosures published at the OTC for shareholders. The below quote is from the "period ending Dec. 31, 2013. Less than 45 days after billions of shares were issued as "restricted" they were free trading as Aaron states that there are no restricted shares as the "underlined" part shows.

This quote also proves the false claims that talk about preferred shares in a company that hasn't even been created being issued to the newly created "company" involving Taylor Moffit and another of his "companies" that was dissolved by the state of incorporation for lack of annual filings. As we can all see in the disclosure, the preferred shares with "no cusip/no symbol" are a "class of securities" for RIGH and are the ones used by Aaron to control the vote to approve whatever he wants to approve, even secretly moving RightSmile to Wyoming and increasing the AS by 25.65B common shares for a total common AS of 30B.
According to Aaron, Randy or somebody is holding 65K preferred because Aaron is holding 3.5M. Geez, these share selling schemes can't keep any numbers RIGHt.(R)I have a registered mark on that, just ask me and I'll "confirm" that I have it registered.
