In that case, where's the 8K announcing this "moving ahead" material "results"??? Noooo, announcing a private placement of shares is not the equivalent of announcing assay results, and shipments to a smelter (inc tonnage, eq silver ounces produced, ave price).

Without an 8K, then by definition there has been no progress since the last 10Q, which showed Revenues $0.00, and continuing red ink for net profit.

That's the problem with filing stocks isn't it? If TRII were a non-filer like Duncan's other stock mess, then one could gaze at pictures all day long, and proclaim it as DD. Oh wait, that is what is occurring here! Pictures trump subsequent 10Qs. LOL

Is that Duncan running that 1800's piece of junk? Because last I heard TRIO has no paid employees other then what Duncan is sucking out of this share selling scam?
