I agree with the likely significant expense of these patents relative to the current size of the company. Necessary and strategic expense, but I sure hope it can be tempered near-term by some new revenue source. I'm really curious, like all here, how this deal was put together.

Considering these patents lock the competition out of the flow process especially for NHM (Nanoco ) and add new patents for solar use as well whatever the price this was invaluable.
