I see your point but disagree. I've traded with them for quite some time and if they feel a company is a mine field, they suspend it from activity on their board immediatley ( as they did a few months ago with this one ), with the exception of selling only....they will not let anyone buy unless they see regulations being followed. Obviously they felt PRPM filed the proper paperwork to be reinstated, not by pressure from Scottrade in order to pick up a few $8 trades on this stock.
