in my original google find about PPHM & Bayer possibilities! Doing as you suggest, go to the page shown at bottom of this post and right click on webpage and select view source... but then search for "2014" and you find the following information:

It was part of a web-site code that Bayer used a while ago (investors page with sub-section integrated - it's in my cache). The new one is the one you can reach via the normal current Bayer web-page path.
