Never said I practice as a lawyer but did in fact prosecute cases in court for the goverment for along time.You might not understand but in fact I appeared twice a week all day sometimes 10 hour days and had a serious case load each week.Big difference and it is hard to explain.

The answer is yes I think they got serious issues cause they failed there fiduciary duties.These people think cause they were just part time it relieves them it does not they were officers directors of a (Public) company.

When they are put on notice of SEC violaions,criminal acts and out right fraud or any other legal issues they have a duty to act by law.This is a public company and the SEC is serious regarding there rules/laws.Other laws apply also.


I think you hit the nail on the head regarding Chain other officers at the company the BOD of directors.I know for certain they knew Chain was dealing with them and our CEO stated that they did not want to make a deal with Intellect or that's what the past CEO stated but then it was found out Chain was dealing for himself and I've concrete proof of what I just stated.

I plan to seek a friend that owns his on firm and been doing it for decades for advice and if I'm forced to I will seek full justice and alot more then just filing a lawsuit,SEC complaint talking to the justice Dept. F.B.I. but will wait to see what they plan to do.

I got more evidence then Carter got liver pills about many other unknown issues I never spoke about them openly and never will.

As far as assets the man stated Intellect has (3) assets as posted.Hell the Pfizer ligation could be years away also so I don't agree with you regarding it being far off cause one large investor stated it is worth million already so it has to be a asset.

Not being a butt to you cause I think you are right regarding Chain/Maza the BOD and others.I could tell you some things that would shock you but I can not if it comes out they will have serious legal issues coming in the future and it want be me taking that action!LOL

Look I'm trying to resolve my issues inside the enter circle.Said way to much tonight.I don't care to make a dime.I just want my pucking money back.If not I'm going to destroy many just like they destroyed me.

Think I'm worried no I'm not.I'm concerned that I might get a knock at the door from a certain agency seeking information.I want lie that's for sure.I can not cause I'm not giving up my pension ect for lying.

I'm also concerned about certain associates and there associates but as stated I dealt with criminal all my past life and I'm a solid man that will deal with any life threat with lethal force.

Its sad to be put in this positon when I've tried to help this company which they sucked the life out of imho.I know of several people that invested into this company becuase they told me they did.

Some of my friends talked about xyz and I talked about ILNS to many doctors lawyers business people and this is the position they have put me in.
