"Is there a product developed and about ready to launch?"
Consider these "facts", all supplied by the company itself:
1. In April the company filed an 8-K with the SEC that carried the heading:
"Top Shelf Brand Holdings Corp finalizes acquisition of Dziaq and Besado"
2. The Q2 Financial Disclosure indicated that as of 6/30 "Existing product inventory consists of boutique wines", not tequila or Dziaq, which I believe is a liqueur.
3. (from the website)
"Besado Tequila is an award-winning anejo tequila infused with "Herbal Erotic Stimulants" including Ginseng, Damiana and Maca."
Anyone who knows anything about tequila (I admit to enjoying the occasional caballito) knows that an anejo tequila must have been been aged for a year (at least).
4. The first mention by the company of its intent to offer "a new to market herbal infused mark", unidentified at the time, was in February.
On 6/26 a poster reported this:
"Just got an email from Zo. Flavorman is.....
done with the formula (recipe) and they have orders."
In sum:
In order for an anejo tequila to be ready to launch it would have had to be aged for a year, yet there was no tequila in the company's inventory as of 6/30.....in spite of the fact that they bought Besado in April. The herbal formula was finalized less than two months ago and it seems that they had no anejo Besado to mix it with as of 6/30. Of course that assumes that the Disclosure Statement is accurate and complete, which we know it is not.
"Is there a product developed and about ready to launch?"
Your guess is good as anyone else's. The company's own statements suggest that it's impossible....unless they intend to launch something other than Besado infused anejo tequila.
