My suggestion is for you to call the company and ask them. They have an investor relations department that has been very helpful when I call or email.
As far as my opinion which again is only my opinion I dont see any reason at this point why they wouldnt. These things take time and the uplist and S1 along with anything else they might have in place would be in perfect timing right after the summer ends and the action picks back up. This is how it goes.
