What I'm told by Etrade if you use a cash account they can't borrow anything. But with margin they can. I use a cash account and locked them high.

He said that it was possible that the US broker they work with (I'm from Belgium) wouldn't accept such high sell order ...
I've salved that by splitting my orders in smaller parts with all sell orders above the $2 border

Nothing has been rejected, thus I'm fine for the next 48 days
Only I have to check sometimes if it isn't time to raise them ;-)
