More than one way to skin a cat. A deal does't mean a buyout, though it could and would make the most sense for JnJ. Especially with Discretion on the horizon. Either way DECN has played its cards better than any of us expected and have forced goliath to come forth with their tail between their legs. Well done and congratulations to the management and legal team. Those attorneys will have more than a simple feather in their cap. I would imagine their business picks up just a bit after this monumental success.

You may or may not be right about an acquisition of the entire company; however, I think a couple of the conditions for a sale to whomever, will be for continued production of Genstrip so that diabetics benefit, and so that employees keep their jobs for at least a period of time (maybe 5yrs??). IMO
