It could be that the one thing Zolla has going for him and what he may have counted on with any dispute with the company was inside information, the most sensitive kind, that could possibly at minimum be a distraction or a much bigger problem for the company. That being said, if Zolla takes out the hammer, current management can use the ax to more than defend themselves, as Zolla has left a legacy of issues (all leave it at that) as the former Chairman, CEO, President and at times CFO, as well as Secretary of Imedicor that just may end up creating much larger issues Zolla may need to tackle.
