The SEC did indeed issue a warning about investing in MJ penny stocks. You can simply google it. Not to mention the fact this was during the time period that the SEC started suspending them

As far as their 'PRs' go.....

1. Where are the machines that were supposedly shipped over 2 months ago??

2. Is it really credible that a company worth 71K was sold for over $3 million???

3. The sole machine that is supposedly operating in a dispensary was described as non-operational by USA Today. Why would this be?

4. They claimed they would have 1000 machines operating by Christmas yet there is only ONE so far (and that is indeed questionable)

5. These "patents" are useless and only serve as a distraction from the fact that the machines are pretty much non-existent.

6. Name me one quarter out of the last 10+ years that this company has made a profit under any of its past or present monikers

And you believe 1000 zazz installs by end of year..? Ain't gonna happen....IMO erbb moves on from zazz and starts pumping Jurassic systems... How many 10k systems have been sold? Erbb posted a $1.17M deal so financials best show promise..
