What i can tell you is we are soft launching usa and europe to all velatel shareholders first (sept 1) and going to ask for their support in debugging network. I ask that you contact as many friends as possible and have them buy our 50 dollar worldwide sim and forward their experiences to the company to improve the product for the worldwide launch.




We then have 30 days before worldwide launch and sales promotion of product.




Its all about cash flow and where we decided to spend cash was on our product! Not accountants, attorneys, market makers or note holders.




The isaacs and america orient and kevin do not ask me for shares for they know i only had so much free cash to accomplish my goal and not dilute company with more notes! The company is legally obligated to issue the Iron-ridge a.. shares and they are trying to force us down to a no-bid so they can say we now owe the cash for they cant sell the stock! This is all part of our sec complaint and all part of the lawsuit. However, you must understand Its all about the use of cash !! That is best explanation i can give! You will see the seeds of my plan rollout on website as we get closer to launch! The work behind the scenes with new 4g noc, websites back office , trackers , billings, integrations with 90 other telecoms has been mind blogging and we feel was and is the best use of the cash!




In sept all will know what we have been doing and will appreciate what i did with all on free cash flow and my personal monies!




You can explain this to whoever for i am too tired (closed more than 70 agreements in 3 months in 4 continents) i really dont have the time continually explain ironridge nor the patience for everytime the market dumps on my news. On one side everyone wants news and updates and when i announce a huge deal (pocket mifi) the market dumps 1b shares!!! This has been a constant issue ! It causes me not to spend monies on accountants (450k for 2013k worldwide!!!) attorneys 500k last year alone!!! Or to make ANY announcements!




I will roll out my plan starting sept 1 ! I will not promote shares! We will spend the monies SELLING our products ! I will resolve ironridge but need a warchest to do it!!
