We'd need certified, audited financials to see the moneyflow at NTEK, and they will never provide them.

Come to that, I wouldn't expect the Jersey Mob to make their finances public, either. For much the same reason.

It's incumbent on a public corporation to have a certain level of transparency. NTEK runs totally opaque. That's the point of Form 15, and it's why their so-called "financial statements" shouldn't just be taken with a grain of salt, but instantly dismissed out of hand as self-serving lies.

Oh what about the FACT that this same company NTEK , released a PR couple of years back claiming they were going to release audited fins.....what's even more comical is they PR'ed almost the exact same thing, with the exact same auditing firm sander, Gibbs.....even had investors lined up to fork out the $30,000 required to complete said audit.........care to guess what transpired next?......... They proceed to file the DEATH FORM 15 instead....is anyone else starting to notice a pattern here?....... That's about as much FACTS as any reasonable investor would need to steer way clear of this blatant stock selling stinky pinky SCAM..........
