CWIR: MAYBE it's CWIR that is 'being cut loose'. 10 BILLION share structure...FINRA problems. Be careful what you wish for. Possibly, CWIR was only to be used for 'dilution' to finance a few of the other affiliates. Why else raise the share structure to the stratosphere?
