The short answer is yes anybody can. The most basic DD answers that question. Seeing JBI/PTOI as having something magical requires a serious lack of even the most basic understanding of pyrolysis. It is a recipe for losing massive amounts of money. Bordynuik is dependent on this lack of understanding.
