Unless CTS see full recovery, the OBS shares will not see a dime. This is how the Absolute Priority Rule works. On top of that, this is guaranteed in the Prospectus itself that the CTs have to be redeemed, if there is a default of their interest payments which has already occurred. Not putting down OBS, I own CTs and OBS Shares, just stating Facts!
