Rick I believe that they are both related.

I can assure you that if product was available the site would be up and accepting orders

Just be honest with your shareholders, come out and let us know that we are behind and doing our best to get the product in stock and the site and running

That is all that I and many fellow shareholders are asking

Accept the backlash for being honest. He will gain more respect versus hiding behind a closed door. Believe it or not real shareholders will accept the mistake and delays if kept abreast however when you go silent then all the speculation arises which creates instability in the marketplace and we have plenty of that
