News about more hedge funds investing can also move the stock. IMO actually,there are many things that can move this stock, but court news is the big one. The news from court, if favorable, will not just move the stock, it will send it to another territory.....
This news will not move the PPS Monday. It takes massive earthquake news to move the PPS up but the drop of a pin to move it down. However it will make it on CNBC Monday for sure. Any media coverage is better than nothing. Goldman purposely planned this release on a Friday night. The fact that I have nothing better to do on a Friday night except be on iHub is equally sad.
