Well now, maybe the reason you couldn't find it in Clark County is because it's legal address is in Lyon Co. in the unincorporated city of Silver Springs. Oh, and by the, the actual name of the business as reported on the secretary of state site is:

NANOTECH GAMING LABS LLC

I will give you this, I couldn't find any public listing of any licensed business in either Silver Springs or Lyon County. Maybe you have to contact them directly. That is not worth my effort, but feel free to go for it.
