Frankly, I am taking him at his word. There is no harm in doing so. I do agree with you that until a meeting is confirmed by the Company, or it s Counsel, it is not scheduled.
I also agree that if money were offered and not accepted by the Company, in the past, it would on the surface be odd. That said there may very well have been reasons that at the time were understandable. That said time will tell if a September meeting will take place. If the attempt is being made by someone to arrange a meeting, and I assume that to be the case, then I respect that cause.
I also appreciate the things you point out in the unique fashion presented. Always an interesting view point and quite accurate on most occasions.
