Might seem like a dumb question but we don't have to hold the original common stock until the restriction ends do we? i.e. we get the restricted stock straight away but don't have it converted for a year?
No, if you have 1million common, you get 20% of that equals 200,000 shares divided by 100 equals 2000 shares. Restricted for 12 months. Read the PR., It explains it. only .002% return. That is why EVSV did have a power house move!!
