That price is only speculative and is far from the gospel. The odds are not in favor for most of the stocks I post a valuation on simply because of them being within the penny stock market. Within the penny stock market, over 90% of them fail for a variety reasons that are logical, fair, unfair, etc. I think it’s important that I make such clear because if INCC does not hit such price soon, such would not necessarily mean that something is bad. Bottom line, I was trying to show the ”potential” for where INCC could very well trade if INCC maximizes or matures to be actually generating such Revenues and Net Profits.
This brings us back to what I always say in that ”Potential” is the ”#1 reason” why we all buy any stock. We all buy a stock at some point in time under the presumption that its ”potential” will bring us some sort of gain at some point in time in the future. I must remind all to please keep in mind to use the ”Substitution Property” to substitute the OS as we learn the exact number or any other variable that might change at any point in the future. Please understand too that INCC is very much in their infant stages as much more is still yet needing to be done. As one can see from its current price, INCC has a long ways to go. Still, much more is needing to be done starting with getting current with OTC Markets. This will be a huge confirmation that INCC is ready to begin moving forward in a huge way and will be then taken more serious by more sophisticated investors for greater support.
I have created valuation posts before and people had gotten them mixed up to believe them to be the actual events to take place where a stock should automatically trade just by me posting such. I must say just like all other posts of such, it is not to be taken as a reality until such actually becomes a reality. Until such, just see such as speculation. Certain variables have to first be met and then still, the market has to fundamentally acknowledge those variables just the same or similar. As it stands right now, we are far from those key variables being recognized by the market. Regardless, everyone must do their own due diligence (DD) and make their own decision to take the risk.
The posts of like manner I make are only to give those investors or potential investors in such stock a framework to consider what could ”potentially” happen if enough of the positive variables begin to mature into a reality. Here with INCC, some of the stars are beginning to align to confirm its maturity as evident from the 251 acres indicated within the database (although still unsure of how much of the land will be INCC’s) and the Colorado Marijuana License Approval within Chaffee County.
