CEO of mdcn remains at the top of the whole shebang. It was always his baby. Mdcn day to day operations will be handled by Zenabis and ihmml team. It is a merger by virtue of the 51%. Mdcn controls zenabis and ihmml and they control mdcn by virtue of running the company. It is all in the filings if you will read them.
