As I See It. They will only be negotiating price, remember the contractual component has been agreed. Granted there may be some fine tuning but my point is there will not be months of legal intervention on any sales contracts.

My guess the delay will be establishing deployment, manufacturing timelines, optimal utilization positions etc. These guys know their pipelines back to front so hopefully this doesn't take too long.

I'm still expecting an order prior to Oct 15.

Right. Great work all. I understand that the pricing is for the one skid in TransCanada's possession. And it seems clear as you say that since new information is in their hands, it makes sense that the price will most likely be determined by the new data and test results.
