So maybe Scottrade or TDAmerica has made an offer to make a market in the company again so they restart the website again and trying to get started up again (your post in 2 next)... if they restarted the website as you say...
That was all they needed in order to get trading again (Market Maker to support them).
Roger Smith I believe is head of a pink called Smart Ventures. Doolittle is with some other guy heading up a company called SRM Petroleum Products inc. Their website looks a lot like pgie. They are also in Houston but have yet to show up on the pinks. They look to be a repeat of pgie I would guess. No jail time for anyone
