How do you know that? They have only released non binding publicly. Non Binding again means someone else could buy in like a private investment company leaving MCDN high and dry. Remember IHMML is the big value here not MCDN. IHMML is the company with real value offering products and getting licenses. All MCDN seems to be doing is financing it by way of issuing shares. To bad we couldn't invest in IHMML ourselves then I would say big win there.
