What exactly in your email responses from Ed leads you to believe he will not reach out to shareholders in the future? (aside from the fact that he hasn't so far yet!) Is he evasive? Does he provide "canned comments" without substance? Does he not answer questions at all or responds vaguely? Or, does he say he's just to busy to deal with us? If he's too busy that may be somewhat understandable and more easily corrected. However, if it's simply his nature to not communicate & lacks people skills, then that's a problem for any CEO and we would need change. I just need more to go on before I apply pressure.

Has Ed gave you any kind of reason why Praxsyn hasn't PR'd about anything yet? Or something in his emails that leads you to believe he is either

A) hiding something
B) clue less on running a public company
C) not PRing because he has a very in depth plan because he is secretly very intelligent and is actually playing this 50 steps ahead any of our comprehensive ability?
D) no reason at all.... (there has to be a reason).
