VFIN is a market maker usually instructed by the company it is representing to dump shares. Dilution. They never really show how many they are dumping so it doesn't scare away investors, so they only show 10k for sale that is shown.
And....VFIN never left, he just went invisible and now he is back sitting at .0012 with his usual 10K shares for sale. Funny how he went invisible 2 minutes after I posted my last msg here...but he's back now blocking everything past 0012 until he is done selling, then it may move up.
