I am a big proponent of management keeping investors informed. Management is a style with each company differ greatly. I would rather see the company execute first and provide information later then over promise and under deliver. Your right though shouldn't need to be told to reach out to the shareholders, delegate those responsibilities to PR department or set one up if not already in place. Not everyone has great bedside manner. LOL
