this post is completely not true as you can have a revolutionary technology that truly has the potential to be a paradigm shift in the 3d printing world created by the forefathers of 3d printing but this takes money while the contracts roll in. SGLB has such a tech and potential to be a game changer to the 3d world and to its shareholders. Why do companies go public? look at most companies out there, they use the public vehicle as currency for fuel to grow their business. The problem is that most dont use the funds properly and most could give a crap about their shareholders and worse than this this take terrible terms for their money (true death spiral or floor less convertible debenture with pricing ratchets protecting the investor putting in the $$ while destroying the company and the older shareholders, which is NOT the case with SGLB. If you look at SGLB.. we have no debt..MC et al have been very careful with their expenses, sure they raised the necessary capital to truly fuel Sigma to the next level while not abusing the funds. Cola is a real person, with ethics and more to lose than everyone else...this has been 20 years ++ in the making for him and my bet is that he and SGLB will succeed, hopefully sooner rather than later. Based on how MC has run the company thus far and based on his track record as a scientist (head of Los Alamos Labe - multi billion dollar US gov funded lab) in his division, grants from the US gov and recognition and working with GE, Honeywell, Materlize and other majors, I believe that the "odds" are in our favor indeed. IMO
please stop confusing people with lies and your wrong opinions.

hopefully no one thinks there isn't risk with SGLB, there is as with any stock but I like the odds in my favor. I figure 80/20.
as for the .08 pp that was a better deal than the .01 was. like it or not SGLB is a penny stock and as such they'll have to sell at a discount to raise funds. personally I would have preferred they sell shares on open market or to current share holders...
as always time will tell which way the story plays out.. Z
