Wait what? can you explain yourself? How is that even possible if they did not increase the O/S?

Bill promised us it would stay at 3.5 billion shares. He seems to act a bit cavalier at times, but even Bill C. would not lie about the O/S. He's a lawyer he knows the ramifications of such a lie if this is true.

That's a big accusation. Care to crunch those numbers again and post them here?
